Vacancy Operator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Accepting and processing food delivery orders from restaurants through the application.
  2. Coordinating with couriers for prompt delivery of orders to customers.
  3. Interacting with restaurants to clarify order information and maintain service quality.
  4. Assisting customers with order-related inquiries and complaints resolution.
  5. Maintaining documentation of completed orders and statistical data on application performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Experience in customer service or logistics is advantageous.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  3. Capacity for organizing workflow and making quick decisions.
  4. Knowledge of the city and optimal delivery routes.
  5. Proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
  6. Attention to detail and a responsible attitude toward fulfilling duties.

CONDITIONS:
  1. Shift work for 8 hours (from 8:00 to 16:00 and from 16:00 to 00:00).
  2. Work schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off.
  3. Office-based work.
  4. Location: Koh Phangan.
  5. Salary: approximately 23,000 - 30,000 THB.
